What is a Package Travel?

A package travel combines at least two different types of travel services (e.g., transport and accommodation) sold at an inclusive price. For packages to EU destinations, Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements applies. Ukrainian consumers also benefit from protections under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

• Price changes only under strict conditions, with the right to cancel if the price increases significantly.
• Responsibility for the performance of the package, including assistance if something goes wrong.
• Right to cancel before departure in case of extraordinary circumstances.

Financial Protection and Insolvency

Organisers of EU-bound packages must provide security for refunds and repatriation in case of insolvency. Where applicable, you will receive a certificate of financial protection. For packages sold in Ukraine, we comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 and ensure transparent terms.
