2. Scope
These Terms govern the ecozenithproducts.com landing page and ski travel bookings under Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.
3. Booking & payment
Bookings are confirmed after full payment. Prices and availability may change before confirmation. Users must provide accurate data and pay all fees.
4. Agency role
ecozenithproducts.com acts as agent for ski resorts, hotels and carriers. We are not liable for third-party failures beyond our control, except as consumer law requires.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation and refund rules depend on the supplier and are shown before payment. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. User conduct
Users must not misuse the site, submit false requests or violate Ukrainian law. We may suspend access for violations.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ecozenithproducts.com is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits rights under Law No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.
8. Complaints
Consumers may file complaints with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or seek judicial redress. Contact: contact@ecozenithproducts.com.
